Crossroads Drywall is not your typical Drywall Contractor. Crossroads is a local specialized Drywall and Paint contractor, which works side by side with commercial contractors, residential builders, and homeowners in the greater DFW Metro-plex and across the state of Texas. Launched in 2008 out of necessity and a drive to do things better than the “acceptable” norm, with the customer in mind, Crossroads Drywall has a reputation of providing Quality, Integrity, and Experience to all its clients on projects ranging from new residential construction, new commercial construction, TI improvement, restaurant finish out, and upscale remodels.

THE TEAM
Bryan Zumo, VP Operations
Bryan Zumo has been in the drywall industry since 1998. Starting out as an apprentice in California with Trendex Corporation, an IUPAT (International Union of Painters and Alied Trades). There he obtained Journeyman status as a Drywall Finisher. Bryan also obtained his Bachelors in Fine Art from California Lutheran University, which he incorporates into the company in attention to detail, aesthetics, and design features when working hand in hand with his clients. In 2004 Bryan and his wife Shelly relocated to Texas where Bryan continued to work in the drywall and construction industries in sales and management increasing his knowledge of the trade. In February of 2008 Bryan and Shelly stepped out on their own to form Crossroads Drywall. Weathering the storms of the Construction market Crossroads grew to an industry recognized force even in tough market conditions. In 2014, Bryan sold Crossroads Drywall to the current ownership, and joined the current team as VP of Operations, coordinating the daily focus, sales force, and direction for the company. Bryan resides in Murphy, and enjoys the outdoors, Hunting and Fishing, and spending time with his stepdaughter Melanie Sanchez and his 3 grandchildren Gabriel, Adriana, and Jayden.
Patrick E. Feyen, President
Well recognized in the healthcare industry, Patrick Feyen has effectively managed success in rapidly changing, growing and consolidating business environments. A proven, effective leadership style centered around the creation and communication of a clear and compelling vision, supported by sound, cohesive business plans has built a results oriented career evidenced by promotions to broader roles, best of class performances and involvement in major transactions.
Mr. Feyen currently holds the position of President of ACEC Life/Health Insurance Trust (Trust). Under Feyen’s direction the Trust has more than doubled membership since 2009 while introducing strategic value added products and services. Trust financial reserves have increased from approximately $65 million to $115 million during this period of membership growth and product expansion.
Mr. Feyen was named Executive Director, Bravo Health Texas in April, 2006 generating Texas sales results of three consecutive years of 100% net growth increasing membership from 800 (April, 2006) to 12,000 (December, 2008). As executive director Feyen was responsible for Texas network operations including network management, provider contracting and health services , Medical Care Ratio (2008 actual of 68%), and EBITDA.
Prior to joining Bravo Health, Feyen served as President of The Feyen Group, a healthcare consulting firm specializing in executive management positions. Feyen’s positions included serving as Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer of West Texas Hospital in Abilene, Texas; Chief Executive Officer of Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana; and Chief Operating Officer of Superior Health Plan in Austin, Texas.
Prior to The Feyen Group, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer for PacifiCare of Texas and Oklahoma (400,000 combined membership) where Mr. Feyen led the organization in receiving its first three-year quality assurance accreditation. His region achieved the highest level of operating income among 12 competitors in 1998, and again in 1999 as revenues tripled in four years. Under Mr. Feyen’s leadership, PacifiCare gained regulatory approval and closed a $120 million acquisition.
Early in his career, Mr. Feyen was with an international certified public accounting firm and maintained his CPA license through 1995.
Mr. Feyen has served as President of the Texas Association of Health Plans.
